We sadly do not take members that are not members of our group on DA. But that can be easily remedied if you are not a member on the group but would like to be.

Because we are an art based group we want our members to be able to submit art and literature based off their rp adventures. That is why we stay connected to the group. All art can be submitted there and also shown off here as well in the art sub-board.

Step by Step Joining Process

DO NOT POST APPLICATIONS IN COMMENT AREA! ALL APPS THERE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DELETED

Step 1: Read Rules, Regulations, and the List of Taken Names
Step 2: Have a Character in Mind!
Step 3: Submit a drawn or written description of your cat (no word minimum or limit, just make it descriptive enough where if others wanted to draw your character they'd have an idea on how it looked)

Went submitting a new cat a brief description of the cat can be used, but when you are accepted you must make a picture of the cat and submit it ASAP so that the color and pattern of your cat is constant and not all over the place. It also makes it easier for others who wish to draw your cat!

Step 5: Wait for your Clan leader to accept your application.

Extra Character Rule and Regulations

All pelt colors must be a natuarl shade. We dont mind a brown thats a little on the purple side like this ---> Dusktalon or a subtle natural red like this ---> Blazefeather All we ask for is subtle colors, no pinks, neon greens, any greens for that matter, etc. Cats are allowed to have unique colored eyes, the only colors we prohibit is all black, all white, and rainbow, otherwise have at it!

We do not want to double up names in the clans. So before submitting a character please be sure to check the Clans' census to make sure you do not share the same prefix as another cat in that clan. I.e. There can not be a Sandclaw and a Sandtail in one clan. Another clan is allowed to have another Sandwhatever but only one.

For clan cats joining we follow the basic structure of naming like in the novels but we allow items that cats have not seen before to be in the prefix and suffix of the name. Items such as veldts, lions, leopards, ivorys, natural items like that which cats may have no knowledge of are allowed but keep it appropriate. We do, however want members to stay away from names similar to Daggerclaw, wheelface, etc. Items man-made.

Once a character is ready to be promoted it is up to the leaders to choose a name for your character. Passcode for BrookClan Cats is waterway. Feel free to request a name but your leader has the option to decline names as they see fit.

All members are allowed to role-play up to 10 cats but only a maximum of 4 can live in one clan at the same time.

Submitting art and literature is a big part of what makes WHL go round. Only rp and group related art is to be submitted. No fan art from say the books

Like the warriors cats in the novels we like to promote our kitties to apprentice status, warrior status, deputy status, and for the lucky few, leader status. Passcode for StormClan cats is Lightning. In order to get promoted we require a certain amount of art to be submitted for your cat to reach the next level of the clan.

Kits to Apprentice = 5 submissions of Kit life, maybe depicting rps youre kit has been involved in.
Apprentice to Warrior = 2 Training submissions given from mentor, and 3 pics depicting randomness but must include character
Warrior to Deputy = 2 hunting patrols and 3 pics depicting whatever you like as long as the character is included.

Cats will be chosen by their leaders to go in groups for hunting patrol, border patrol, and Clan Gatherings. You're leader will give you the opportunity to decline but if your cat missed 5 of these outings then we will have no choice but to suspend your cat for a certain amount of time. Please be sure to be active! Passcode for ReedClan cats is Hoorah!

A lot of characters here will have siblings that had indeed survived like their other sibling. So if your character has a sibling still amongst the living then please post a ref (other lineart allowed) in the adoptables for someone to adopt.

If you are having a hard time creating a character then skim through the adoptables folder for a cat that catches your fancy. If you're willing to adopt a cat please let an admin know and we will inform the creator of said adoptable and then we will be waiting for your application.

Creating your other 9 characters is a snap. Passcode for CragClan cats is boulder.
Just follow the same steps as you did for your first character :3

Relationships and Mating: Apprentices can't have kits or mate! Final, they must wait till they have hit warrior status to do this.
-As the rules say please keep thing PG-13 in all aspects.
-Feel free to design your future kits if your warrior is expecting but you must consult Star Clan (note a the leaders to schedule a time to meet on the star clan chat), on the star Clan chat board whether or not all will live, or all will die. You may come out with 3 out of 4 kits or none at all.
- Cats of different clans can mate, but the kits will be distributed evenly by the parents. If the count is odd then the one left will go with the mother.
